Fashion Could Not Be Any Finer At MB Fashion Week NY

Less than a week from now, New York City sheds its winter weather doldrums and welcomes Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week once again for a whole new season of outstanding designer collections.
After this Fall/Winter 2015 showing, changes are in store for the twice-yearly fashion event. It may seem as if Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York Fall/Winter 2015Â Â just began showing trend-setting seasonal collections not too long ago at the fashionably chic Lincoln Center in the heart of New York City after years of the event calling the white tents of Bryant Park its home. However, now Lincoln Center will be a venue of the past as the event looks to move on for future fashion weeks beginning with the September 2015 Fashion Week. This signifies a rebirth of New York Fashion Week, a reinvention of style to its highest degree. The search for the ultimate venue is now underway.
With rumors flying, it is time to ignite the sparks as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York Fall/Winter 2015 brings new talent and creativity to the runway. It all begins on February 12th, 2015 and runs through February 19th, 2015.
What better way to begin the event then with another installment of VFILES Made Fashion. This the setting for new expertise in the industry and the way to fill the pages of design, encompassing not only designers but also hair and makeup artists, photographers and models. This is a show of global proportions. VFILES is the communication platform to display a cornucopia of talent in all facets of fashion. Not only can you explore what they have to offer you online, but now, on February 11, 2015, Lincoln Center will host this exciting presentation at the Pavilion.
Such highly respected designers as Malan Breton, Badgley Mischka, Lela Rose, Vivienne Tam, Mara Hoffman, BCBG MaxAzria, Son Jung Wan, Concept Korea, Rebecca Minkoff, debut their particular works of art for the world to admire as we celebrate another season of fashion.
In addition, some new names are making headlines at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York Fall/Winter 2015.

This season, the events take on a more philanthropic mission. The American Heart Association will once again support women’s heart health as the ‘Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection’Â adorns your favorite celebrities in red, as a presentation by Macy’s on February 12th. On that same evening, Style Fashion Week Benefitting Charity Water, will showcase the following designers in the name of Charitywater.org, a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations.

The invite-only event that will be the talk of the city for the entire length of the event is ‘New Profit.’ It is a collaboration  between our nation’s leading educators, innovators, social entrepreneurs, neuroscientists, policy makers and creative minds to reimagine learning in the United States. Working together to make the event as special as possible is New Profit, WME | IMG, John Legend, and Public School. Superstar John Legend will be performing live.
‘Tokyo Runway Meets NY‘ on February 19, 2015 continues this trend as attendees will be treated to a presentation by seven amazing Japanese labels.
The final day enlightens audiences on a grand scale with ‘Style Fashion Week’ benefitting New York Life. This is a cultural party of fashion which will be showcasing Altaf Maaneshia, Kithe Brewster, Daiki Shimizu, Ly Qui Khanh, Patricia Bonaldi and Dany Tabet. Time to get out those cameras.
The most anticipated event which is the closing show of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York Fall/Winter 2015 is ART HEARTS FASHION presented by AIDS Healthcare Foundation and featuring collections from the worlds freshest and most artistically inspired designers in support of a great cause. ART HEARTS FASHION presentations are highly supported by celebrity participants and guests, and have been held coast to coast headlining the top fashion platforms in the nation. This is definitely one ending that will remain unforgettable for all those that plan on attending. The show will present designs that go far beyond the imagination with an artistic and emotional power.
