KORS COLLABORATES WITH AMBER LE BON

Fashion enthusiasts are still talking about all of the exquisite fashions that recently hit the New York runways.  On Wednesday, February 20, 2013, this Kors collaboration went live in the brand’s lifestyle site, .  Loyal Kors followers will get a behind-the-scenes look at New York Fashion Week from an insider’s point of view.  Amber Le Bon is the 23-year-old auspicious all-around DJ/Model/Musician daughter of Simon Le Bon, lead singer of Duran Duran, and model Yasmin Le Bon, a familiar face in Kors’ fashion shows throughout the 80’s. We get to anxiously follow Amber throughout her show-day activities.  A Q&A gives us insight into fashionable Amber as well.  This collaboration will be promoted on the brand’s various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, under the hashtag #KorsCollaborations.
This partnership is the third campaign for the , an initiative which showcases the special relationship and unique dialogues taking place between Kors and creative talents across the cultural spectrum.  The series debuted in August of 2012 with “Claiborne on Kors”, a digital photography book by Claiborne Swanson Frank featuring shoppable images of inspiring, Kors-clad women. The second part of the series had a holiday theme with DJ and A-lister, Alexandra Richards, that featured a specially curated Spotify playlist released in December, 2012.
We look forward to the many faces of  all throughout 2013 and beyond.  These collaborations will creatively continue on a quarterly basis.  Who will he partner up with next?  Stay tuned to find out.
