Supermodel Turned Superstar

A timeless beauty who has captured the secret to staying young, once again, proves that her skills and strong initiative have taken her down various avenues. Cindy Crawford inspires those that have followed her throughout her career.

Crawford has been one of the original supermodels of all time, wholesome and hard-working. In the 90’s, she made many exclusive lists such as “100 Hottest Women of All Time” in Men’s Health. She could be frequently seen on the runway representing some of the most well-renowned designers of the age and on the pages of many trusted fashion magazines across the globe. Her beauty and personality landed her as a spokesperson, thrusting her to celebrity status immediately.
Not only has modeling and acting been part of her extensive resume’ over the years, but, she has also designed a line of furniture called ‘The Cindy Crawford Home Collection.” Over and above all these duties that Cindy has taken on, she continues to be passionate about charity organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities and is an honorary board member on the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. Crawford is also on the Honorary Committee of the California Wildlife Center.
The year 2015 is no exception to Cindy Crawford’s busy life. This September, Crawford will release “Becoming” , a book that chronicles her life and career, sharing life lessons and filled with some of her most memorable photos. The book will be available on Amazon beginning September 29, 2015.
Last month, on June 16th, Cindy and her two kids, Presley and Kaia, could be seen on the Red Carpet at the premiere of ‘The Hospital In The Sky’, the newest documentary film which shines a light on the life-changing treatments that Orbis International, a flying eye hospital, has performed on young patients during its two-week programme in Trujillo, Peru. Cindy travels with them, for this film, every step of the way. The full version of this documentary film will be available later this year.

There are no limits to how far Cindy Crawford has come in her professional and personal life and she is still continuing to climb higher and higher. Not only is she a supermodel, but a role model as well.
