‘Toast For The Cause’ Raises Needed Funds At The Golden Globes
The Golden Globes are more than just a walk on the Red Carpet or a way for one celebrity to outdo the other. Although much of the generosity of the event takes place beyond the view of the television audience, it just happens to be the real magic of the event, thanks to Moet & Chandon.

On January 10, 2016, celebrities including Sam Smith, Eva Longoria, Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis, Jussie Smollett, Wiz Kalifa, America Ferrera, Regina King and many more joined Moët & Chandon—celebrating its 25th anniversary as the official champagne of the Golden Globes—for its beloved philanthropic initiative, “Toast for a Cause,” raising a celebratory Moët Mini in honor of their charity of choice. As a result, Moët & Chandon donated to charities such as Padres Contra El Cancer supported by Longoria; and Black AIDS Project, supported by Smollett, and more.

A red carpet staple for many Hollywood A-listers, “Toast for a Cause” invites Golden Globes nominees and celebrities on the red carpet to raise a toast with Moët & Chandon Impérial minis for which Moët & Chandon will donate $1,000 to the celebrity’s charity of choice in his/her name. New to the program this year, Moët & Chandon donated another $1,000 to a fund next year’s Moët Moment Film Festival, supporting aspiring young film makers and creative artists.
