Tracy Reese has climbed her way up the fashion ladder, working at such powerhouses as Martine Sitbon and Perry Ellis. In 2007, Reese was inducted as a board member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Color, fabric and detail are the main words of Tracy’s vocabulary when it comes to her Spring 2012 Fashion Collection.
Put on a Tracy Reese outfit and you will surely make an important statement. That may be why she is so successful with her fashion followers. This season as Reese brought her Spring 2012 Collection to the runway, celebrities such as Solange Knowles, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Katie Cassidy, Tika Sumpter, Selita Ebanks, Louise Roe, Aisha Tyler, Angela Bassett and June Ambrose all were there to see what she had in store.
The collection was fluid, flavorful, feminine, romantic and simply delightful. The season is about subtle colors such as khaki and blush mixed with pastel shades of waterfall and misty blue which intensify to deep neon brights.
Ruffles and appliques go great with shimmer and sequins. Hats accessorized the outfits in a sophisticated yet sexy sort of way. Strapless and one-shouldered has remained popular throughout the seasons and Tracy did her own spin on the style with gathers and grace. The tight-fitting skirt was as popular as the free-flowing dress.
Shear fabric and a bit of volume make for a very pretty picture.
This Spring 2012 Collection by Tracy Reese was definitely worth the wait. Feel beautiful and treasured in one of her great outfits.
