Eleventh Suspect To Be Arraigned In Bronx, New York Gay Attacks
An 11th suspect is expected to be arraigned today in connection with anti-gay attacks on four men in the Bronx.
Luis Garcia, 26, was arrested at his home in Morris Heights yesterday.
Police say he twice punched one of the victims with a chain wrapped around his fist.
Earlier yesterday, prosecutors said they were prepared to present grand jury evidence against the other 10 suspected gang members.
Authorities say the October 3 attacks were touched off by the belief that one of their recruits was gay.
The 10 are charged with various hate crimes including assault, sexual abuse and harassment.
