Grammy Emerging Talent Competition

Before we know it, GRAMMY Week will be upon us and we will eagerly be awaiting the announcement of the winners.
It’s now about rising stars. New and emerging talent are going to be given an opportunity to be discovered for a chance of a lifetime.
HITLAB INC. and The Recording Academy are uniting forces to hold the Emerging Talent Competition which is open to unsigned artists and bands worldwide beginning November 2nd all the way through December 31st.
The winner will perform at the 3rd Annual Social Media Rock Stars Summit on February 10, 2012, an official GRAMMY Week event. A portion of the performance will be able to be viewed live at Grammy and CBS . This will all be part of the live coverage leading up to the GRAMMY Awards.

Ten finalists will be announced on January 9th, 2012. The final winner will be picked on January 25, 2012 and chosen as a result of online voting and a Blue Ribbon Panel.
As the winner, you will be flown to Los Angeles, invited to walk the Red Carpet and attend the GRAMMY Awards as a special guest on February 12, 2012 as well as attend the celebrity after-party, a spectacular event.
But it doesn’t stop there. HITLAB INC. will have a dedicated blog for the contest winner on GRAMMY.com and facilitate promotion of the winning song on official GRAMMY social media platforms.
