The VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America’s public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child’s complete education.
Since 1997, the VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC Foundation has provided $51 million worth of new musical instruments to more than 1,900 public schools in more than 192 districts around the country, impacting the lives of more than 2.3 million public school students. Those statistics are pretty impressive and the long-term result will be a whole new generation of entertainers and musical artists.

Each year there is no shortage of stars to spread the word and build a greater awareness for music which fosters creativity in students in America’s public schools. The Foundation’s true goal can only be fully realized and a platform for social awareness built and maintained through these types of events.
Guests of the evening included Charlie Walk (Republic Records), Jason Flom (Lava Records), Jenna Ushkowitz, Bethenny Frankel, and Bobby Flay, among others. Miesa, always thrilled to show her continued support for the VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC Foundation, along with all the other guests, enjoyed the evening with good friends, good food and live music sets by DJs Hannah Bronfman and Brendan Fallis. Meisa was fashionably outfitted in a L’ATISTE by Amy dress and stylish Privileged shoes.

As one of the summers most-coveted benefits, the Foundation uses music as a platform to raise vital funds to restore music education in public schools and this year they raised over $800,000. The music industry looks forward to their continued devotion in support of music and the arts.
