New York Fashion Week continues to present commanding performances as Fall Fashion Week 2016 gets underway this week.
One designer who believes dreams come in a kaleidoscope of skills is proud to be debuting his newest collection this week as part of New York Fashion Week. Kanye West, a rapper/songwriter/producer and most rewarding job of all, father, has used the runways of Paris and New York to unleash his creativity quite a few times. Although his previous collections have met with mixed reviews, Kayne continues to use the fashion industry as a means of self-expression through a unique sense of design.
It began with , a collaboration that he entered into with Adidas back in 2013. Since then, West has expanded the line to not only include footwear, but clothing as well. A long list of celebrities have caused YEEZY Boost 350’s to sell out as quickly as they appear. From Gigi Hadid to Taylor Swift to Justin Bieber to the Jenner sisters to fellow designers such as Alexander Wang, this comfortable and classy footwear is made to be worn and to be seen, no matter what the occasion.
Coming on February 11, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. EST, a fashion event will take place that will be so monumental that it will be broadcast to 700 cinema screens in 23 countries all across the globe. YEEZY Season 3 goes live in Madison Square Garden. Kanye West has envisioned what it would be like to premiere his latest collection in such a large venue and now it is becoming a reality during Fashion Week and we can all be a part of that dream. In addition to the presentation of the latest collection, ‘Waves’, will be unveiled simultaneously. ‘Waves’ is Kayne West’s brand new album.
The word is spreading so quickly and overwhelmingly that many of the New York Fashion Week designers slated to show their collections during this same time slot have had to reschedule to hold the audience that they intended to present for. The word is traveling the social route across TWITTER. One of the biggest endorsements that a designer could ever ask for is coming from Kanye’s own wife, Kim Kardashian West, who can be seen wearing his footwear as a stylish accessory for some of her outfits. She makes a bold fashion statement along with her sisters and her mother.
If Kanye was asked to name one claim to fame in the fashion industry, it would most certainly have to be when YEEZY Season 1 Collection was newly introduced in February of 2015, setting a record for the most views online. What will the fashion critics think of YEEZY Season 3? One thing is for sure, the fans of Kanye West have been his most prodigious supporters and it doesn’t get much better than that. They will stand by him during the introduction of this collection and with the debut of his album ‘Waves.’
