LACOSTE Holds Exclusive Party in Honor of Coachella

Everyone is talking about the most spectacular music festival to make its way to the mountains of California. That would have to be Coachella, one of the most diversified music and art festivals of the year. The event is exploding with talent , so much so that it has to be spread out over two full weekends, April 11th through the 13th and April 18th through the 20th.
The celebration spread even further this past weekend. Lifestyle brand, LACOSTE, decided that it was time, for the 5th consecutive year, to host a beautiful desert pool party at a private estate near Indio, California. This was a two-day extravaganza with a star-studded list of performers and just as impressive of a guest list.
LACOSTE is all about living life to its fullest and honoring one of the most stylish festivals in the nation, Coachella. LACOSTE kept the location a secret up until the very end but the choice of where the party was to be held was absolutely perfect. It was a breathtaking private estate conveniently located within walking distance from the Empire Polo Field, making it the perfect destination for music fans that just wanted to escape the crowds and bask in the sunshine. Tastemakers and influencers were invited to make a splash in the pool, enjoy a cocktail with Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, treat themselves to beauty touch-ups or dance in the desert sun. It was a first for Moët & Chandon as they debuted this first ever champagne crafted to be enjoyed over ice. It went over quite well. Also newly introduced, LACOSTE gave guests their brand new platform, “Life Is A Beautiful Sport” to life at the event with various on-site complimentary activations and amenities.
Party-goers were invited to participate in a LACOSTE footwear DIY station hosted by P.S. – I Made This… For those feeling less artistic, air tennis and a mini-golf putt putt provided a welcome diversion. All guests stayed well hydrated with Evian Water and decided to re-fuel with delicious gourmet food from famous LA food trucks or cool down with Patrón Tequila popsicles and specialty cocktails alongside Suja organic cold pressed juices. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial champagne was overflowing at the VIP cabanas around the pool.
Not only that, but guests had their pick of fun, festival-rocking fashions at LACOSTE Pop-Up Shop, which offered an exclusive on-site shopping experience for all those in the mood to buy and sport the newest trends in fashion.
Headliners for the event included DJs Elijah Wood, Lolawolf featuring Zoe Kravitz, Johnny Wujek, Chelsea Leyland, Ana Calderon, Chris Holmes, Nikki Pennie, Zach Cowie, Myles Hendrik, DJ Skee and alot more.
Katy Perry and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith
Guests seen socializing around the pool included Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Evan Peters, Julianne Hough, Joe Jonas, Miles Teller, Logan Lerman, Riley Keough, Chord Overstreet, Mark Salling, Ryan Kwanten, Brant Daugherty, Shenae Grimes, Holland Roden, Lizzie Brochere, Ryan Rottman, Brian Van Holt, Billy Brown, Leandra Medine, as well as musicians Miguel, Calvin Harris, Haim, Kate Nash, Gareth Emery, Diplo, Chvrches, Dillon Francis, Banks, The 1975, Disclosure, Doc Hollywood & Ya Boy and more.
A very unique portion of the celebration was the ‘StoryTelling’ that was influenced greatly by the LACOSTE lifestyle and those participating included Street Etiquette, Johnny Wujek, Chelsea Leyland, Late Afternoon, Rachel Martino, Reyal Fashion and Grant Legan. You can view the Storyteller content that was developed at this link: www.LacosteDesertPoolParty.com.
After hours of partying and enjoying the atmosphere, the guests started to depart and found out that LACOSTE had thought of everything. What better way to end the celebration than by sending your guests off with premium car access provided by UBER valet service.
With a celebration this large and this much fun, it makes us all want to escape to a desert retreat to savor “Life As A Beautiful Sport.”
